It is established in 1998,with value-added tax qualification. it is professionally engaged in the research and development of large-scale vacuum formed parts and the vacuum formed processing of large-scale plastic material.
Our company has accumulated abundant of techincal experience and cultivated arrays of skillful technician.we have equiped 8 sets of large-scale vacuum formed machines, 15 sets of CNC machines and 20 sets of post-processing machines. The maximum size of products is 3000*2000 *800mm (length*width* high), and the thickness could reach is 12 mm. Products are widely applied in toy,catering,auto, mechanism, home appliance, tourism, printing,medical equipment, architecture,touring, advertising, furniture etc.

Compared with injection,the processing of vacuum forming and pressure forming have characteristics of lower-cost and shorter-cycle. They could help customers in growth period out of high cost,which is caused by manipulus production.
